I started to become an mc at the age of 8 i starred in a play as bart simpson in a play we did at my school. I had go dress up as bart and rap "do the bartman" to the instrumental.. when i was about 15/16 i heard some hardcore and loved it, it was amazing i thought. I started saying wrds tht rhymed with each other to it in time with the beat and thoroughly enjoyed it and that was the seed sown. jungle was next. I heard this in the mid 90's and Kapow that was hardcore out the window i was totally jungelistic and started to mc to this more and more and it used to annoy all my mates which made me do it even more.. quite funny really harmless fun. Was recording bits and listening back to it and it sounded quite good. Then came drum & base haha. Was amazing baselines were a good feeling and hit me hard absolutely love drum & base.. after this came uk garage. Originating in london it was the craze for a few years and was smooth and sexy with fat baselines mixed in and kapow started proper rhyming to this music and was similar to drum & base and hiphop at the same time. Started blaggin mc slots and doin stuff in swindon occasionally in clubs sometimes pubs. Then grime appeared in the mist of music and "OH MY DAYZ" got into it in a big way and started spittin good lyrics. Used to be well into "RUFF SQUAD" "HEARTLESS CREW" Ect Ect. Dizzee rascal used to go off and then made it big time. I staryed getting well into grime. Mc LSD was my mate and we used to mc to each ohlther to get better.
